Online Surveys.

Online interviews are still not applicable for population representative surveys since the number of internet users is still limited. Rather, online surveys qualify for conducting surveys among very special target groups or such that can hardly be reached with traditional data collecting methods as well as online users.

Additionally to all features of a CATI survey, we also offer the possibility to complete the questionnaire of an online survey with multimedia-based elements. Since our innovative software supports both CATI as well as online surveys, we are able to switch from CATI to online surveys and the other way round at a very short notice.
