We have available a modern call centre equipped with latest technology and 50 workstations for conducting CATI interviews. If required, we can any time hark back to resources of the corporate association. Thus, our capacity with totally 150 CATI-workstations is very well suitable for conducting studies with high falling numbers and short field time.

A considerable advantage of CATI interviews lies in their cost-effectiveness. Other benefits characterize this survey method, namely, that the results are quickly available and complex computer based screenings and if…then…else statements can be realized during the interview.

All workstations are centrally networked and support software controlled as well as manual dialling. Due to our web based CATI software we are not only able to realize very complex questionnaires, but also online quota monitoring in real time, automatic quota steering as well as playing sounds separately during an interview become possible. By request, you can test the questionnaire personally online prior to the project launch.
Since technology is only as good as the human beings who operate it, our interviewers go through a multilevel screening process and receive a fundamental training prior to each project.
